Where is the clinic?
1 Hayden Way, Glenroy NSW 2640 — a few minutes from central Albury, with parking
right out the front. If getting there is the problem, I also travel to you across
Albury, Wodonga, Wangaratta and the surrounding areas.
What's the difference between remedial and relaxation massage?
Remedial is problem-solving: firmer, more specific, aimed at a particular area or
restriction. Relaxation is a flowing full-body session at an even pressure, designed
to calm your nervous system down. If you're not sure which you need, book remedial
and we'll work it out in the first five minutes.
Should I book 30 or 60 minutes?
Thirty minutes suits one focused area — a neck, a low back, a calf. If there's more
than one thing bothering you, or it's your first visit, take the hour so there's
time to assess properly and still do the work.
Will it hurt?
Remedial work can be firm, but it should never be something you have to brace
through. I check in as we go and adjust — you're in charge of the pressure, always.
What do I need for a mobile appointment?
A quiet space about two metres by three, and somewhere to leave your clothes. I bring
the table, linen, towels and oils. Ground floor is easiest, but stairs are fine —
just mention it when you book.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at the end of your appointment. Let me know if you'd like a receipt
emailed through.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — just give me as much notice as you can and we'll find another time.
A quick call or text is the fastest way to reach me.
